SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER EVENT VIDEOGRAPHER
About
My creative journey began at an early age through a fascination with storytelling, visual culture, and the power of media to inspire conversation. From creating and editing content as a young creative, I developed a deep appreciation for the ways images, film, and performance can communicate ideas and preserve culture. Since then, I have remained intentional about the messages I share, believing that art has the ability to build community, challenge perspectives, and celebrate authenticity.
Driven by this passion, I studied Media Production, first at college and later completing a BA in Media Production at Coventry University. Throughout my education and beyond, I have continuously explored different forms of creative expression, combining technical skills with a strong interest in culture, identity, and storytelling.
Alongside my work in media, I have always been drawn to the performing arts and the importance of creating spaces where diverse artistic voices can be seen and appreciated. This passion has led me to event organising, content curation, and community engagement, where I have sought to bring people together through meaningful experiences.
In recent years, I have become deeply invested in the UK ballroom community, a space that has shaped both my artistic and personal growth. As one of the youngest Twisters in the UK, competing internationally in Realness and Performance, I have experienced firsthand the transformative power of self-expression and chosen family. My role as Engagement Lead for Manchester has further strengthened my communication, leadership, and community-building skills, allowing me to contribute to the growth and visibility of ballroom culture.
Today, my practice exists at the intersection of media, performance, and cultural storytelling. Through Uncled Media and my wider creative work, I aim to document, celebrate, and amplify communities and artists while creating work that is thoughtful, intentional, and rooted in culture.
